When we drive down the road we have to dodge them sometimes because some of them are more or less trying to be hit. Some of them have fell on hard times and its hard to see on the way home each day. But the majority are on hard drugs and harass the local businesses around here. Just last night one came in to the Waffle House to charge his phone and they told him he had to leave because they were shutting down for break but there was an outlet outside he could use. That wasn’t good enough for him and proceeded to call the lady a bitch and start screaming.
